"Upon booking was told a bunch of false information. Paid to upgrade room only to have thermostat broken, wait 5 min for hot water, pool closed and staff who seemed upset about being there. High roller executive suite was above an intersection so all you heard was honking and siren’s nonstop throughout the night. Could have stayed but after one night, went back home. "
