"Everything was clean and comfortable. Our check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The amenities were all under renovation so you local competition received much of our business for food and entertainment. It would have been nice to know about this in advance so we could have planned accordingly. The temperatures were 0 degrees so we would have preferred not having to go elsewhere. We love Hilton so you won't lose us over this! Thanks for listening. "

"The room was great, very clean. The staff was superior! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We go to Boston for very long Dr. appointments for our son, so we're usually pretty drained, and it just makes the experience so much nicer to have everything go smooth, and to have staff that makes the trip that much better. Highly highly recommend. This is our go-to place every time we're up for a reason."
