"Great staff, comfortable and clean space."

"The room itself was satisfactory and the price was decent. The staff was very friendly and the complementary breakfast was good. Unfortunately, our room smelled consistently of cigarette smoke and/or marijuana. We knew we weren’t going to be in the room much during the day, so we purchased multiple fragranced plug ins to help with the smell. It seemed to come from the bathroom, the smell would be more heavy at times than others. We did discover that the last day we had the room housekeeping did not come in and when we returned at the end of that day we really didn’t smell anything other than our wall plug ins."

"There’s a young man who is almost always there when I come to visit Fayetteville who is always welcoming and pleasant. A new young lady checked me in and she was amazing. Thanks again for a pleasant stay❣️"

"Overall the property was great. My biggest pet peeve is finding hair in the bathroom and shower area. Unfortunately I found some out in the open and always turns me off. Overall it was a great stay. "

"I did not like the fact that they do not provide any drinking cups in the rooms. You have to go to the office lobby, which in our case was quite a walk since the hotel is quite spread out. Also microwaves are not provided in the rooms. Another walk to the Lobby to use a "community microwave". But the rooms do have little refrigerators. They told me at the office that "Spark" hotels are Hilton's version of a basic hotel. I wondered since this is a basic hotel why it's not priced in the $75.00 range like a Motel 6. Why not have these deficiencies more clearly stated in the advertising. I was disappointed. "

"We enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The staff was especially kind and helpful. They were doing maintenence on the door locks but the process was so smooth and seamless. The staff explained everything perfectly. Definitely will return on my next visit to the area. "
