"When I arrived at the hotel to check-in I was greeted by the woman at the check in counter. She was very nice and welcoming.. I didn't get her name, but she helped me through the different contracts to sign and made a very easy to check-in. The room was in great order. Clean and tidy. It was also well stocked with the amenities and lots of towels. I enjoyed the breakfast on my way out of town. There was a lot of variety, and everything tasted great. Upon checkout, I was helped by the man at the counter. He explained that my deposit money would be redeposited within a few days if the room was in good order. I was overall impressed with the hotel and I will return if I'm in the area again? Thanks."
"I loved this place! The room was clean, quiet, nicely decorated spacious. A very comfortable bed too. They have a nice pool also, though I didn't get a chance to use it. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Cascade Lodge and will definitely stay there again. 5 stars!"
