"Smelled good when I arrived. Rooms. are outdated. Thin mattress on a wire spring was very uncomfortable and noisy. Would not had done review but when I pulled the blanket there was a paw print on the sheet : ( I did complain and the staff gave me sheets ( she offered me another room but I was already settled in) the sheets were dingy ( clean but dingy) when I told my husband he said you get what you pay for... Last year I stayed at Holiday Inn across the street... + They have hot food. I have celiac so I took yogurt and coffee for breakfast. Again area is clean "

"We....my dog and I..... could not have stayed in a nicer place. We only stayed one night passing through on our way to Florida but the room was very clean, good TV, plenty of room and quiet, easy parking, easy to get to and easy to get back on 95......staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone and would gladly stay there again without hesitation."

"We came in late, requested a handicap room, did not receive. Furniture in room was broken, room 437. Room had a strong odor of carpet fresh. The emergency door handle was broken, and the continental breakfast was not what I normally get at your hotel. Just not what I expected. I plan to speak to the hotel manager. It seems like everytime I go through a third party especially Hotels.com I get the crappiest rooms. So disappointed at $250 per night."

"All fine except TV didn't work. Two consecutive stays same thing. 1st time they were able to reboot hardware and fix it. This time after 30 minutes the maint guy gave up. "

"Took 3 tries to find a decent room. First one was loud, second reaked of cigarette smell, last one was just OK. Not very clean ... dirty moldings and dust. Very loud AC Breakfast was horrible ... burnt coffee and not even yogurt available. The woman assigned for the breakfast was too busy checking her phone and blasting music to do her job. I think it now caters mainly to working crews. We had been to this hotel before and it used to be nice. It has deteriorated immensely and we will never stay there again. "
