"Palmas Del Mar is a beautiful community filled with kind people. It was pleasant to be within walking distance from a variety of places to eat. That said, the room was mid tier quality- I stayed there for 5 days and the WiFi worked a handful of times throughout. The shower must’ve produced an 1 hr of warm water across the overall total 5 days!!! Freezing cold showers eventually took away from the relaxation of being on vacation. Worst of all for me, were the falsely advertised laundry and pool. That picture of the pool on Expedia? Doesn’t exist. You’ll have to factor in paying a day pass to another resort to use theirs if you want a pool. And then when being charged twice for a cleaning fee for having dirty laundry! Laundry that I would’ve happily washed if there were the advertised washer and dryer. Beautiful town but stay somewhere else "

Without looking out the windows we could have been in any Fairfield hotel anywhere in America. Staff and service were fine and the location is very convenient to El Yunque national forest and Luquillo Beach, however."
