"The property has good potential — comfortable beds, a convenient location, and responsive staff. However, our arrival this time was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned — sheets and pillowcases were dirty/stained, the bathroom was unkept, the faucet was dirty, and the shower only had hot water. To their credit, after we reported it, the staff responded promptly with a proper cleaning, added a TV to the twin bedroom, and left an apology note in our room, which we appreciated.

"O primeiro quarto estava com cheiro ruim e solicitamos a troca. O segundo quarto estava um pouco melhor, mas a televisão não funcionou direito, o espelho do banheiro estava todo manchado e não tinha como ver nada. Toalhas de banho estavam muito velhas e não enxugavam.
