If you're planning a bit of sightseeing head to Bacon Memorial District Library— just one of the monuments located 10 mi (16.1 km) from the center of Detroit.
"Well, we checked in the early afternoon. Did not take long to check in. Everyone was very pleasant. The room was great but I did expect a Jacuzzi for a suite. Food court was great. Good pizza. We walked around a few blocks,( to Mom's Spaghetti) from the hotel it was kind scary the first couple of blocks. There was a homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk with trash around. There was another man asking for money at the Walk light. ( We live in the country and my mind was blown)) once we crossed it was better. Then it was busy as I expected. We walked around an alley with food on both sides it was cool!!! We saw Ford Field and Comerica Park. About a 20 min walk. But it was fun 😊. When we headed back ( We are 58&60) we saw the hotel van and what a relief he brought us all the way back to the hotel. AWESOME ADVENTURE,!!"

"This property is very clean, the access was clear and easy, and the room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The location is great, too. Easy walk anywhere downtown including Comerica Park, Ford Field etc."
"The staff here are AMAZING! From the front desk to the coffee shop to the bar—everyone was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was super clean, totally gave those minimalist boutique vibes, and the bed? Slept like a dream"
