"A nice hotel with a great river view. We felt the staff to be professional, the atmosphere was clean and classy, and the restaurant was great! The restaurant staff was extremely attentive."

"We arrived and the only issue was waiting for a very long time to check in due to no one being at the desk. This is not the staff's fault as they were also expected to do laundry on a Saturday night!! Bad management in my opinion! However, she was great when she got there! Beatific hotel, clean, comfortable bed in a huge room! Loved the outdoor space and bar area. Will definitely arrive early next time and do the pool. We stayed here and went to the hard Rock and i would do again!!"

"When staying multiple days housekeeping is not provided ( fresh towels, bed made, vacuum, trash emptied). Front desk staff was able to provide some towels, but you was on your own for the rest. Hot tub was broken and unusable."

"Parking easy. Breakfast , yogurt, waffles, hard boiled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits and good coffee"

"The parking in the parking garage is convenient. We walk to the casino for concerts. There are restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance. Hotels dont get any cleaner. The room was also very comfortable as far as the air conditioning. I like it cold. The young man at the front desk was very nice. We have stayed here 4 times. "
