Front desk needs to be complimented - Even though we arrived at 5p and room wasn’t ready, I believe they may have been short staffed - Christy at check in was so welcoming,and attentive listened to my requests and did what she could to fulfill with a smile. "This location is our favorite go to when we’re in town visiting family. The front desk staff is always friendly and eager to help. This past trip we arrived in the wee hours of the morning. Despite this fact, the front desk team was cheery upon arrival. They were also willing and able to accommodate our request for extra pillows. 10/10"
