"Everything was very clean and comfortable. Lot of restaurants and shopping centers very close by. "

"The room was very clean and well appointed, and the staff friendly and helpful. There’s just one thing though, The motorized shades were broken and I assume they were all broken since they were all down from the outside. Which means we had to get up in the morning without sunlight through the windows since there was no way to raise either blackout shades nor sheets. They were in terrible shape otherwise the room was fine"

"The rooms could've been cleaner. An empty orange soda can was sticking from under the couch, looked like a small child may have left hand prints/smears on bathroom door frame after eating possibly. The staff was amazing, the common area were spotless, breakfast was great especially the warm cinnamon rolls and coffee. We were always greeted and asked if we needed anything. Overall nice place to stay when in town."

"On check-in the lady was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, as expected, but no table chair. After an hr and several office visits we got one. (Need 2 chairs for 2 guests) At 650 am there was NO hot water. It ran app 5 min but only got warm enough to wash hair. Then suddenly like someone turned off the hot it went totally cold. The breakfast was good as always"

"Noisy room, we heard the elevator all night. The mattress was old and soft. They gave us an accessibility room when I explicitly chose one that was but on Hotels.com. The shower was in a bathtub with a diverter to a small hand held hose and the diverter was broken so you couldn't use the overhead shower. The fan in the bathroom was really loud. The refrigerator didn't keep our food cold. "
