"The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly an accommodating. It wasn’t as close to the harbor as we would have liked but that’s on us. "

"The location is perfect for a day in the city. Close to everything. The staff was friendly. The free shuttle to the airport was easy to arrange with the service offered 24 hours. I was transported at 3:20 am to the airport saving the cost of an Uber and assured safety at the hour. The gym was under renovations so I knocked off points for that the the lobby and care area are very tight so that’s not so appealing. However the rooms were large and inexpensive. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I would recommend staying there is you are enjoying a couple of days in the city exploring. It’s in the heart of so many shops and places to eat. "

"We had a very comfortable overnight stay. We were able to walk to the concert at Thompson's Point which was super convenient. "

"The property was clean but outdated and the breakfast left something to desired. Even after making a reservation to have my room cleaned no one ever came. "

"Wow! We went for our anniversary and it was amazing. We had a deluxe rooftop room with a fireplace, balcony, and jacuzzi tub. Great location, friendly staff. 5/5. We will be back!"

"A lovely hotel in the historic port area. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. A nice onsite restaurant with excellent food for diner and breakfast....shout our to our lovely server Halle! The area on each floor with refreshments and snacks that guests could help themselves to was a nice idea! The onsite valet parking was $45 per night which was a little steep as they actually parked the car off site....hopefully in a secure carpark?! Apart from that all was good."
