"Woke up at 6am with no hot water. Front desk said you have to let it run for 15 minutes, but eve after that zero hot water. Tried to speak to Anup (the general manager), but no one could offer his contact information. His wife called him and said they would refund my stay, but have not received any refunds, no emails and no return calls. "

"We had to switch rooms as we were placed in an a Joining room we weren’t aware of. The staff was wonderful and provided us with the only room they had left which was a king. Unfortunately that meant my husband, son and myself all had to share a bed. The room was not clean, light fixtures were off, it smelled like someone was smoking weed LITERALLY right outside of our door. We also had to deal with people running up and down the hall all night. We loved the sleep but unfortunately this was our last stay."

"The staff was slow to check anyone into the hotel or to answers questions. The other staff members didnt speak any English. There was no breakfast. I do not consider apples and bananas a good breakfast to eat in! The room also had a smell to it, but dont worry the staff came in and sprayed something to make it smell better, only to have to deal with that smell afterwards. Nice for the price! "

"The good- water pressure for shower was amazing, the bathroom was clean, the hotel guests were quiet. The Ugly-Back exit door to building was "out of order" and had duct tape holding it shut so anyone could easily get in, the room floor was squeaky (AKA not clean), pillows were flat as pancakes, but the worst thing was that one of the mattresses clearly had broken springs and was very uncomfortable and VERY loud even with the slightest movement."
