"The staff was rude. I didn’t have internet in my room during my stay, and when I called, they’d hang up on me. When I went to speak at the front desk, they said it’s a problem only in my room and gave me a piece of paper with the internet service providers phone number to call and do the troubleshooting myself. "

"I did not receive the room I selected. The room wasn't clean along with the bathroom. Poor attendant service. The parking lot had trash all round it. The pool has never been attended to for maintenance. It had trash in it and looked like a swamp pool. I had to ask for new linens because none of them in the room were clean. The new linens I was given was dirty. Terrible Management. Would not recommend the location. "

"The place is run-down. The fridge was rusty. There were burn marks all over the place . (Smoking room) The chair was completely stained. Water pressure was awful. Paint was botchy where they patched some areas. I only needed it for one night and it was pretty cheap. Therefore, it was suitable for my purpose. Wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay or for those with children. "
