In the website of LA quinta says part of the amenities is wifi. When i arrived i asked for the password to have access to the wifi the front desk person told they didn’t have wifi. I asked her why they didn’t send me any warning about it or why they said in the website they have wifi.. I didn’t stay any of the 2 days reservation and they charged me.. I am still dealing with this "

"We arrived for check-in at 3pm as stated on their website and per a phone call I had made earlier to confirm. They told us that our room would not be ready for 30 minutes to and hour and that they would call when it was ready. The hotel was under construction and very busy so we did give some grace considering. However, at 4pm no one had called and so we attempted to check in again. We were given keys to a room that had dirty towels on the bathroom floor, it had not been vacuumed, there was food all over the microwave and there was clumps of jelly on couch. We returned to the front desk and were given keys to another room. The room was dated but clean. "
