"The room was dirty, shower moldy, the air conditioning was abnormally loud and was not secure in the wall. The walls to the rooms must be paper thin! I could hear everything: talking, walking, every door open and shut; and the elevator going up and down all the way down the hall! I did not sleep the entire night due to so much noise and commotion! I will never stay there again!"

"The place was convenient in Lakeland. The breakfast was not much of anything to be excited about. Cereal was all that was offered. Its a place to rest."

"The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful at checkin. Tony was on the evening shift at check-in. The morning crew were just as awesome. Breakfast was out and was hot and very good. The rooms and hotel were very clean. Iused to workout room in the morning and again very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Terrible service. I had called ahead of time to make sure we could do a late night check in a couple of days before our stay. We got there past midnight on Saturday for the BTS concert and they didnt give us any notice of our room cancelation until we got there! Tampa was completely booked due to the concerts and they didnt even offer to help us find another stay."

"I arrived early, but the friendly desk agent was able to check me in without further charge. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the Tampa area. My room was cool and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was functional with decent water pressure. The pool was a nice perk to have on a sunny warm Florida day. The free breakfast was decent, but could use more items to choose from. This hotel was close to my destination in Tampa. It was easy to teach. I would stay here again."

"The property had really great ratings with an emphasis on cleanliness and my experience could not have been further from this. When we walked in I sat on the couch and there was old dried food stains all over it. I let the person at the front desk when he came by my room. He told me he would ask someone from housekeeping to come by which never happened. So we just had old drive food like cheese and stuff on the couch the whole time. The towels also had holes in them. One of the wash clothes just literally disintegrated while i was in the shower. I'd never seen anything like it. When we asked for more towels they told us we had to wait until 11am the next day to call down and ask for towels. But the phone didn't work, so not sure how we could do that. They also told us to just check by the pool, which also doesn't have towels. We eventually took the tattered towels down to the front desk to beg for more towels that weren't falling apart. They finally agreed to replace the towels, after a bunch of back and forth. The whole place also smells like old stale cigarette smoke and there are no elevators, which was fine but not ada friendly. We ended up checking out a day early."
