"Inexpensive, friendly staff, clean rooms"

"The property is very nice and seems well kept. The staff was amazing. Overall would have been 5 stars except our room was so dirty. There were pubic hairs in the shower. A hair on the counter. Hairs in the sink. Toothpaste on the toilet handle. The side table had a mountain of dirt and grime around the buckles on it. The chair was dirty when wiped down. There looked like blood on the floor and the side of mattress but I guess it could have been throw up. Not sure. Just filthy. "

"Nice older hotel with a friendly staff. Stay here often. Only complaints are: typical brown Greenville water and small TVs. In old downtown area that is pretty abandoned. "

"I come every year when I come visit family and each year we always receive amazing customer service and hospitality ! The rooms are always well clean ( we did find a hair bonnet in the pull out couch and a juice wrapper under the couch ) but overall room was clean ! Appreciate you guys for a pleased welcoming visit !"

"Stains on the bed,room smelled dirty! Holes all in the wall in the bathroom! I hated it and couldn’t leave quick enough!"

"Parking was easy to access from the room. Wish the breakfast was fresher with more options. Overall the stay was good."

"Property should have disclosed renovation conditions! Part of the parking spaces taken up by construction and demolition items, raw wall, broken floor tiles, elevator had hole in wall cover and crunchy floor. No signs to acknowledge disrepair! The outside edifice matches the decor expected but the interior makes me feel like Motel 6 had more to offer!! The breakfast was very subpar for the brand’s typical quality. For what was paid I was better off at a different hotel or even motel. The room was ok… missing typical complimentary toiletries. I definitely paid more for less on this rsvp…"
