"This is a nice property in general (very well maintained gardens, nice pool) and staff was very welcoming. However, our room was a bit run down, furniture beat up and carpet with many stains. It was cold outside when we were there (September) and the only way to heat the room was a wood burning fireplace which was not my cup of tea. "

I was told that I would have to pay an additional R790 for them because they charge extra each person over 2. This was not made clear on the app. This accommodation was not worth over R2,500 for the night. Unhappy guests who feel ripped off."

It was a good location for very good nearby restaurants, and a nice but busy beach within walking distance, also boat trips within walking distance. The food was amazing very large portions. Anything you need the staff will help with bookings for boat trips and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay. "

We parked directly outside the hotel and had a lovely welcome from one of the managers who showed us our rooms ( in the annex) - our bags were brought up straight away. It was my birthday so they had upgraded us to a suite with a partial sea view. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with hairdryers and Milton brown toiletries.
