"A great location for families visiting the city. Room is set up great, but showing signs of needing a deep clean (cracks and crevices) but otherwise good… I’m picky. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, staff is working super hard, but again, all around the omelette station things need a deep clean. Dust is really collecting in lights, rails and fans. Management just needs to “look up”. Those are the things you notice while standing in line. We would stay again but hope these...

No coffeemaker, but they brought me a tea kettle to heat water, whichfit the bill!! Wonderful ecperience and right across st. From chinatown metro which was a plus!!"
