"We had a concert at at American Airlines arena which was walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival of the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance to several museums and the World Aquarium."

"Fabulous three days at the Westin Downtown Dallas. Staff were all lovely but Autumn at the reception desk was exceptional. Helpful and caring. Location is very good. We had a twin queen bed room which was a generous size. Would certainly recommend this hotel, with a note that the pool is indoor just in case you wanted to grab some sun."

The room was very clean and comfortable, and room service being available was a nice bonus. The hotel has a good bar and a convenient little market, which made our stay even easier. "Hotel was quite dated. While the check in was great- front desk friendly- the rooms were a bit worn out. Had issues with the drain in the shower as the water would not go down. Location was good as we were in town just one night for a concert at American Airlines. If you don’t plan on spending much time in the room- good option. "
