The pure withe hump left is the Petite Aiguille Verte 3512 m, and the almost square peak more in the center is the Aiguille Carree 3716 m. The photolocation was just beside the main road between Chamonix and Argentiere, at a height of some 1060 m and 5 to 6 km distance from these peaks. The Drus rise up over more than 1000 m above the glacier in front of it!
