"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a free drink in the bar upon arrival while we were checked in. Once more the next evening we were given a free drink prior to ordering some food (which was very nice too). There is only staircase access to the rooms which is something to be mindful of if you have mobility issue or large items of luggage, fortunately this was not an issue for us.
