Staff is wonderful and very accommodating, especially when calling Taxi's for guests. Breakfast is awesome and so full of many traditional options!

Right in the old center, clean hitel

Hotel was in fabulous location just off Marienplatz. It was cute, had little pastries on check in. The breakfast was good and had a nice breakfast room. Perfect base to explore central Munich and super close to U and S bahn stop. Sad I only stayed one night. Would definitely stay longer in the future.

The hotel was in Old Town Munich. Excellent restaurants steps away. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the bedding and how clean the room was. Absolutely a great choice to stay.

Right across the street from the main train station which made it very easy for traveling. Hotel was charming and had an old world decor.

Rooms clean & spacious. Close to where we wanted to visit. Not close to city center. Staff accommodating, except the front desk receptionist, Lisa, she was awesome. She was the best welcome we could possibly expect.

Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location for our trip (few minutes walk to the train station), we walked to Marienplatz, other attractions and restaurants.

We were unfamiliar with the Westend area, but really liked the neighborhood of this hotel. We chose this hotel because of the area, price and Trip Advisor reviews. We had no complaints with this hotel (other than the fact that it does not have air conditioning, which might be a factor in warmer weather). Having just arrived from a terrible hotel experience in Paris as part of an extended vacation, checking in to Hotel Metropol was a breath of fresh air. All of the staff was friendly, hospitable, and very helpful but the gentlemen who works the front desk in the afternoon was exceptional!! The fact that Hotel Europa is slightly off the beaten path (though ON the tram line) counts as an advantage. While I stayed at the Europa and enjoyed quiet surroundings, companions stayed near the Hauptbahnhof and had a terrible time with the noise of night-long partiers and seedy surroundings. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are great and it was something great to me that the tv of your room had your name in the welcome message. The only thing that they need to improve is the breakfast, it'd be great if the buffet had more variety

Amazing restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast buffet is well worth it and a great restaurant for dinner upon arrival. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great location in a beautiful area!

Great location for Oktoberfest, close to the train station and other key attractions in Munich. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Walkable

Simply perfect. I'm gonna say best value for any hotel. Love the room design themed on a painter. Everything was brand new, super clean and 100% working. Front desk people are funny and delightful. The location is great if you want to explore the old town. The direct neighborhood around the station is a little funky but it's diverse and fun.
