"This is a lovely little hotel on a small pedestrian area in the center of Fiumicino just a couple of miles from the airport. There are at least a dozen nice restaurants within a short walk including a nice one directly across the pedestrian area with good food at reasonable prices. It's best to call the hotel for taxi service because it's less expensive than taking a taxi or Uber on your own, plus they send a van that can carry 6 people plus luggage for 25 Euro ($30) (Uber is over $40 if you can...
