Having wandered around Ostia Antica earlier on our trip it was easy to imagine being back in Roman times !!
The staff especially Barbara were wonderful and explained all about the property.
Rooms were delightful, toiletries were gorgeous.
Dinner was superb with sublime food in wonderful surroundings. This is much more than an airport hotel and it’s an incredible stop if you are coming in/or out of Fiumicino.

"The Isola Guest House was awesome. Very clean, comfortable and lots of restaurants, coffee shop and market within 5 min walk. If you're heading the Fiumicino this place is perfect. Host was fantastic communicating on the self check in. We would stay here any time we're preparing for a flight from Rome.

"The two Gentleman at the Front Desk were really amazing, welcoming and informative, which very unfortunately can’t be said for many rental accommodations in Italia. The front desk helped us with several matters including secure and reasonable transport to the airport, and to the centre of Roma if required. "My stay was perfect! The apartment was well decorated/ equipped and breakfast foods were stocked in the refrigerator! The hosts made me feel like family and I fell in love with the cat. My host was also able to pick me up at the airport for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend staying with Flavia and her husband!"

"A lovely, modern hotel in the beachside town of Ostia. Friendly concierge service, and easy shuttle to the Rome airport. We stayed only one night on our way home from Italy, but I wish we had booked more time to explore the area, and its Roman ruins. Next time, for sure! Grazie!"
