Teguise is a good start if you haven't been to Lanzarote before. It has beaches, restaurants, coastal walks, mountains, volcanos (extinct) and the best market town on the Island (Sunday's)

"Staff were all so lovely. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious. Very close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Never used the pool as could never get a sunlounger, but this didn’t take away from us having a lovely stay. "
"Spacious house-like rooms with plenty of daylight and easy access to the pools.
The variety of pools and proximity to the beach were perfect for my family.
