"You can't teach the kind of customer service the Royal Ashton has. They say they feel like a family and it certainly felt that way in all the best possible ways. Nothing was too much trouble for them; my room was basic and a good price — which were my main criteria, given that cleanliness should be a given — and it was!
The smiles were genuine and were backed by their efforts to help me when I lost my charging cable lost my hat. I won't forget them.
