"We were checked in to a dirty room. Then we changed rooms, the toilet got plugged the room phone didn’t work and they had no maintenance staff available to assist, but at least they gave me a plugger and some plastic gloves. The staff was incredibly nice and apologetic, but don’t think I will be a repeat guest. "

"This property is an old motel (right on the Main Street as you leave the main part of town going north) and maybe some of the rooms are updated but ours wasn’t. Except for a relatively new floor and bed the rest was unexceptional. Mold spots around the bath fixtures, no dresser at all, only 1 chair, and the tv is on prime tv so our last night there were no channels loading and we had to resort to YouTube for entertainment. There isn’t any info posted in the room regarding fire plan or checkout time or how to work the tv. You are on your own. For the price we paid I expected a bit more. The cleaning staff work hard and are cheerful and deserve every tip they get. The check-in guy wasn’t super helpful and honestly we felt like we were interrupting his evening when we arrived. We won’t stay here again. Fort Bragg is a great little town and there are other options for lodging that we will try. "

"We missed the 9:30 breakfast cutoff by 15 mins and they couldn't help us. Kinda low level service."

"We had a fantastic stay with our dog. The views were just amazing. Right from your room you'll see magnificant ocean views and cliffs, All types of birds and even whales spouting! The staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The restaurant is only open Fri-Tues for dinner so you'll need to plan accordingly. Also, if traveling with a dog there is no area to walk them unless its thru the parking lot. Totally worth just going down the road for a walk instead. This place is a must-stay!"

"No lake view on my side. Hotel AC and heater not working. Space heater was provided but when it was 65 outside, it was 87 in the hotel. No AC and No fan. Was like a sauna during the day. Parking was hard to find the first night. "

"Absolutely lovely! Our room was great very spacious and right outside plenty of grass area for our dog to run around. Has many Perfect spots to view the sunsets and access to private beach. We enjoyed our stay so much that we added another night. The staff were very friendly and super nice, they made our stay even better. Looking forward to returning again! "

"It was pretty complicated check-in, they started to use kiosk system, it was very slow. Finally, the key did not work, and we had to wait for the man who helped us with the key. The room was clean and comfortable for this price."
