The dinner times were never consistent, walked into a restaurant, one waiter said they were open , sat down and another waiter said they were closed.Otherwise our room was very nice.
Had a nice stay at the hotel- cute, quaint and very central to everything in Krk town. Breakfast was very good at the restaurant below and we ate very well while in Krk. We enjoyed our balcony attached to the room very much. However, we asked for assistance, needing a taxi and we’re assured it would arrive in the morning and it did not. No one knew about the taxi request at the restaurant reception, and hotel staff weren’t available.

This review reflects an unfortunate situation in which an employee’s behavior necessitated my making a complaint to the management. They responded quickly and appropriately. It would be unfair rate my stay based on one staff member; the others were great.
Not so pleased, however, with Hotels/Expedia refund policy. Shouldn’t be so difficult once property agrees to the refund. ☹️☹️☹️ for Expedia.

stands for its name 'boutique' property. More of high end apartment with less than 15 rooms than a typical hotel? by the Water. Beach is couple of mins walk as property is against rocky part of the wall.

Elegant hotel, friendly stuff....noticed most of the guest speak German.....there is part of the beach reserved for hotel guess with nice chairs....beach towels and beach bags are provided (beach bag to keep)...
The Hotel is very well located on the centre of Opatija. Rooms and all facilities are excellent. Staff were delight and service was wonderful. Will be our ongoing first choice for future visits to Opatija
This was an excellent place to stay in Opatija, right on the water with easy access to swim in the sea, but also with an indoor pool (opening glass ceiling for nice weather) for gloomy days. Easy access to walking through town and restaurants. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of foods, very service oriented staff along with a prosecco greeting at check in. Rooms we updated and clean. Can't recommend enough.
