The staff earnestly tries to be helpful but they're clueless, slow and inefficient. I ordered a gin and tonic at lunch time and it came after I had finished my meal. The hotel exterior is pretty and the rooms are large. That said, there are no amenities besides a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The soap...

We went for a three night stay and it did not disappoint. Everyone is so friendly and provides great customer service. The location is great and I can see this becoming an annual trip for us. Can't wait to return!"
