The hotel was quiet and beautiful. We stayed in the main building, in a large, Japanese-style room. Very comfortable. Ichinomiya is definitely a place where you'll want to have a car to get around, but the manager was very helpful about getting us a taxi to a nearby excellent restaurant. Recommend this as a base to explore this part of the Bōsō Peninsula.
This hotel is of incredible value! We stayed here for a surfing trip at Taito beach and watching the pros at the Olympic beach nearby.

I guess this was a converted love hotel (similar to a motel in North America). So the room was insanely huge for Japanese standards, and ridiculously cheap (at the time, we paid about 7000 yen for 1 night).
If we go back to Chiba for another surfing trip, we'll definitely stay there...
Nice little house. We were happy with our stay. Luckily we had a small car so parking at the house was possible. Parking area is tight but it worked.
No dryer for drying clothes we had to hang it outside which I also didn’t mind that it was just part of the experience. It was great.
The place is really big and can accommodate 16 pax, and dogs. They have everything: pool, sauna, jacuzzi, dog run. Big screen outside (till 9pm) and a bonfire pit.
You can also cook foods, do bbq, and bake pizza.
One night is not enough in this place. And we will definitely be back.
