"The hotel is stunning and the staff were amazing! Everyone was always saying hi and smiling and trying to help. It seems like the hotel was recently renovated and now it is spotless and very well appointed. The cleaning staff did an amazing job.We stayed for 4 days and used it as a jumping off point to go on a jeep tour of waterfalls and amystic mountain cofffee farm. 100% would stay again. "

"We stayed here twice - at either end of The loop. The hotel minding our bags for us for the two nights we were away. Facilities vs cost then this property ticks all The boxes for a budget friendly, Reasonably quiet stay. The room was clean and had good facilities (fridge and hot water) for the money. A drying rail in the bathroom was a nice touch. The room was a little short on power sockets (especially when using a converter) and the to in our first room didn’t work and the a/c was stuck on a 45 minute cut off cycle. The second room was much better but on a slightly lower floor so you got a little road noise. I found the bed uncomfortable/too hard- but it didn’t seem to bother my husband"
