"The first thing, this hotel is in the cliff/mountains so if you want a beachfront this is not it; otherwise you need to walk 15-20 minutes from the highest level to access the beach. So at check in the staff was pretty nice BUT at breakfast multiple times we had rude encounters with the older male staff, the tables for two people weren't properly cleaned nor set and they were not nice at all. The rooms and elevators are very old. You can hear the cleaning staff from early morning, and noises from the hall. Check out is at 10am which is considered very early in my opinion so we got at knock the check out date at 8:45 to clearly kick us out for the room cleaning staff to clean our room, I was appalled to be honest. The overall vibes of the hotel are not luxe, it is very basic, the indoor pool needs to be remodeled and they charge for the pool caps. If you want to relax, this might not be the place to do so. There are a lot of kids running around, very loud music and adults. Would not recommend for a weekend relax getaway."
