"Lovely staff. Beautiful rooms, large superking bed…bed was very firm but still a good quality bed. . The only negative was that our neighbours allowed their dog to bark constantly day and night… and the staff said they couldn’t come to an agreement with them… as in make them move rooms! We love dogs, we have our own but they are well behaved. If I’d have been shouting outside my neighbors room I’m sure I would have been told to shut up, so how is this "
"The apartment was newly renovated and very clean. It is centrally located. Communications before and at checkin were straightforward. Overall great stay. I would highly recommend these apartments. "
"The location of the hotel is one of its biggest pull factors, not least because of the ability to properly ski in/ski out.
The staff were all generally helpful, especially at the front desk, spa, and Dmitry the driver.
However, the hotel doesn’t feel as ‘modern’ as described and the rooms are fairly uninspiring. Water pressure in the showers isn’t great which means having all the alternative shower points (lateral, spray, etc) rather pointless.
It’s also frustrating that you have to pay an extra €25 to use the swimming pool and spa as a hotel guest because it’s already expensive. "
