"The receptionist was very slow to check in - it took about 10 min standing in front of him while he was using his computer. He was not aware if the restaurant was opened , couldn’t show us restaurant Menü .
The hotel has distinct smell when you come in with candles burning all day . My partner felt it was overwhelmingly strong . Similar Situation was in our room - we had to open our windows but it barely helped .
During dinner our meals were switched . My partner ordered beef with leek and instead received beef with zukini and tomatoes . The waiter explained that they made a mistake in the kitchen and swapped our side dishes . The spa fees were not included and we were told that we can go to the spa and pay 54 euros . On the check out day we went to the spa and the fees were 65 euros and we were told that we had to reserve the lower cost fees from the hotel . Our receptionist didn’t share any of it with us . I feel this could have been better."
"Warm fridge, air con didn’t work, filthy room, leaking shower screen, poor service in the “restaurant” with even worse food.
The attitude of the staff when anything was pointed out was nonchalant and dismissive."
"Town was walkable. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a locker room outside for ski and snowboard equipment to dry and everything. Building is well maintained. The spa, pool and steam room are very nice and needed after snowboarding. The gym is minimalistic but does exist. The restaurant however refused to serve me. Said they were full but there was only one table full of people. More then half of the tables and chairs were empty but was still refused service."
"Staff were very helpful, breakfasts were good. Very quiet at night. You need a car to stay here as it not close to the village centre or to restaurants."
