We initally had a very minor issue with the room whne checking in but was handled within seconda with no inconvenience whatsoever. Very clean and well maintained property. Shuttle to game on game day. I will be back and wouldnt even consider another place to stay in South Bend!!"

"Really nice experience in Yellow Room 1. All was well maintained and clean. Nice blackout blinds and curtains for good sleep. Good mattress. Nice to have own sink and toilet in room. And shared shower was nice and big. Only recommendation would be to provide all guests with code to get in basement in emergency. We had a tornado warning and no way to get into basement to take cover."
