"Debbie was so warm and welcoming! Room is clean and contains all the needed amenities; perhaps add transparency cover to the upstairs bathroom in the family room. Nasi Lemak and food spread at breakfast were really good as well! Overall, thoroughly impressed and would patron this hotel again if u visit Ipoh!"

"Our room was spacious and clean. Felt a little unsafe at night as the neighborhood was a little rundown and several homeless people around, but we walked to Concubine Lane area and several restaurants and bars."

"Alhamdulillah, I booked 5 rooms for my family. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is nice, the pool is fine. I bring my elderly parents and my special needs little brother thanks to the staff on duty (regret didn't remember his name) we got to change to ground floor room since they are unable to climb the stairs. "

"Really recommended hotel. I left my wedding rings. Thought was lost but cleaner that clean our room named Farah found it and took at the same place. Very honest staff. Rare to find the good honest cleaner this day."

Could do with some comfortable loungers at the pool. There were only 2. Also, there are a lot of families so is busy around 5ish until 7ish.
The 2nd floor garden area is beautiful and peaceful."

"Good hotel in Ipoh. Walkable or short/cheap Grab taxi ride to the old town. I appreciated staying out of the old town as it was a bit hectic there.
Good breakfast for a Malaysian suburb hotel."

The bamboo ceiling had molds and lots of cobwebs. Grit was falling on the bed
There were large gaps in sliding door. Hence, there were mosquitoes at night
Moreover, the wooden floor boards in the lounge and fishpond were rotten. You'll need to watch your step to avoid splinters or fall
