“I work away most days of the week, but rarely leave a review, since most hotels just seem to blend into one. This place however, is different. The room was lovely, the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent (evening meal delicious and not one of those buffet breakfasts that I've come to loathe). Definitely worth a visit.”

“What an amazing hotel. Staff are brilliant, food is brilliant, rooms are a little quirky what you would expect for such an old building. Went for a weekend birthday dinner and was blown away by the food and the staff. Pink roast lamb cooked to perfection. Substantial breakfast of eggs and bacon. Staff friendly and eager to assist. Highly recommended.”
