The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, and will go out of way to help the guests. The maintenance/cleanliness is very good as well, because the clean staff are just great and even will ask for feedback. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I travel to Beijing."

"The hotel was quaint and located in the middle of the old part of Beijing. Fun Pedestrian shopping area and walkable to Tiennamen square and the Forbidden City. The hotel complex was so fun and secluded with rooms down little garden paths. Amazing snacks and tea in the lobby area."

"Room was small, but cozi. Had all the amenities. The stuff was very good, polite and helpful. Room was clean, fresh clean towel. Very quiet at night, couldnt hear any ouside noise. Just one small thing. For some reason the GPS map was having a hard time locating it. But after I checked in I kind of found a way to get around. Also, thank you very much to the staff, they let me check in and go to my room as early as 9:30-10am. Really appreciated that. But after i checked in"
