"The location of this hotel is perfect? For everything that you might want to do on a short trip, from shopping to clubbing to sightseeing tours you are literally a few minutes walk from everywhere. And the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I was welcomed by a wonderful lady on the reception call Sam who gave me so much information about the hotel and location attractions. "Fantastic spacious room and lovely walk in shower. Friendly staff at front desk, bar and breakfast room. Excellent cocktails (the Napoleon’s Code a particular favourite) and hot breakfast dishes. Wonderfully located on the dockside. Only minor gripe being they could do with more Lifts in the building (wait times for the two lifts at breakfast/checkout time quite long!)… but would definitely stay here again"
