"Hidden gem. We were up in the mountains where it rained so decided to spend last night of our trip in cocoa Beach area. Rooms spotless host amazing and the best part as an animal lover was the rescue animals that are on the property. I have two myself. Will definitely be back."

The food was fabulous and the area was safe and walkable to other fabulous restaurants. Coco was our favourite beach, calm waves, beautiful sandy swimmable ocean! "Centrally located property. The beach is three blocks away. The staff are friendly and helpful. They texted us immediately after our arrival for help us locate the property. There’s security at the gate. It was quiet and peaceful. My only issue was not having running water for 30 mins. "
