"The staff was excellent. They were multi-lingual and assisted us with making restaurant reservations, calling taxis, and giving advice and directions to various attractions. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast room and bar were attractive and quiet. There is a courtyard patio as well. Oh, lots of hot water for showers. The location was good. The street is fairly quiet but close to a tram stop, excellent shops and restaurants. The stairs are steep but they have a lift which is useful...
