"The check in was a breeze. The room was clean and sheets were changed daily. There were lots of shops nearby. Walking distance to mustafa center. Nearby restaurants to satisfy your cravings.. the nearest metro (lavender) is 7-8 mins walk. They do not have ice machine but can request for ice at the front desk. I have to commend the buffet section as they have wide variety of food selection. The staff were very attentive to guests needs. "

"I had a great stay at ibis budget Emerald Singapore. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transport and nearby food options. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again. "

The shower system looked efficient with multiple types of shower head but the water pressure could not be adjusted and one of the shower head was already broken. The charger points did not work. The room did not come with a phone as well. We had to go down to the reception for any requests. "

The room was comfortable if not a little dated but the service, food and proximity to local attractions such as Little India, Arab Street, and very nearby access to MRT made this an ideal location.
