"The Four Points hotel was perfect! The staff were so kind and helpful. The location is good if you want to travel to Downtown Osaka, Kyoto and Uji. You also have the convenience of a 7-11 and Family Mart about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. And the train station is about a 5 minute walk. They also provide pajamas and lots of other toiletries that you may need, it was very convenient! Remember not to overpack! "

"We loved our stay at Osaka Garden Palace! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful. Will definitely stay again in future visits! : ) "

"Is a little complicated to get to the right exit that leaves you close to the hotel from the train station, the hotel is a little old and the carpet could use a really good vacuum at the corners. The room is very small. But the bed is comfy, the amenities are good and the store at the lobby is very convenient. The breakfast is a little lacking in variety, but gets the job done"
