The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels, very clean with great amenities given. The staff were very lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Special thank you to Viki (hopefully spelled right) who cooked our breakfast for most of the days - she made our stay especially memorable. Definitely recommend and would choose again if I come...

"We travel fairly extensively for both business and pleasure and this Osaka property rates right near or at the top for quality. Conrad, Osaka is part of the Hilton group and I would put it on par with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. Out suite had sweeping views of Osaka, was very spacious and beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. We highly recommend and would most definitely re-book next time we are in Osaka."

"Room was very clean, staff was great, and the amenities were good. The free drinks in the afternoon were a great plus. Laundry room had multiple machines making it easy to do on vacation. Train station entrance literally 5 ft from the front door of the establishment, which was was super convenient, especially on rainy days."
