"Conrad Nashville is spectacular! It is luxurious, immaculately spotless, and very well maintained. It also had an amazing city view from the 8th floor. Every single staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. When we first arrived, we had a small issue with the TV, but they quickly fixed it within minutes AND followed up with us later to make sure it was still working. Five stars, we have already recommended it to friends! :)"

"It was truly a pleasure to stay at the Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End for 2 nights to celebrate New Years 2026 and we look forward to staying there on our next visit to Nashville. The building is new and beautifully furnished and decorated with plenty of windows to let in the natural light. Our accommodations were spacious and functional - the kitchen was a great bonus. We also discovered that the outdoor pool is heated so that guests may swim year-round. Service was a step above the rest...

"I loved everything about this property. Rachel checked me in and was very nice and friendly. I saw her several times during my stay - I was there for a funeral and she was very kind. This is a dog friendly property so that made my stay even more enjoyable petting doggies !! The room was amazing with a full size refrigerator and microwave plus 2 stove burners. Very clean and quiet. I will definitely stay there again 😃"
