I arrived at 9:05pm and the hotel was locked up and the late arrive instructions were useless (no code box as described), they would not answer my calls. I could not enter and it and was below freezing. I had to find another hotel with rooms open by foot. The next day the hotel manager would not accept responsibility and said the hotel registration closes at 8:30 - despite the letter I received the previous day clearly...

"We loved our stay at Aja Hotel Warnemünde. The area is filled with fun oceanside stands, is very walkable, and close to the Strom harbor area. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, had a nice view of the ocean and we loved the free breakfast buffet and cake and coffee in the afternoon. Great pool and spa area! Highly recommend. "

"Immer wieder gerne. Ich war nur drei Tage im Hotel aber positiv überrascht. Die Anreise mit Auto war komplikationslos. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, welches sehr angenehm war. Großes Bett mit guter Matratze, ausreichend Platz im Zimmer und das Bad modernisiert. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte eine große Auswahl und das Abendessen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Alles frisch zubereitet....

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - wir hatten zu dritt ein Apartment für 4 Nächte gebucht. Alles war super sauber, bequeme Betten (die Kissen waren allerdings etwas dick) und schöne Ausstattung. Das Apartment hatte sogar eine kleine Kochecke mit Kühlschrank, 2-Platten Herd, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und alles was man braucht. Das Badezimmer hatte eine tolle Regendusche. Alles zusammen - top und zu empfehlen! "
