"The staff were absolutely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed linens were spotless, and the bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast could use a few improvements and more variety, but apart from that, I was genuinely impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and cared-for the hotel was. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality!"

"This is one of the most horrible places I have ever been. Mold, dirt, mattresses don't fit the beds. The beds themselves are broken and dirty. The table and couch are also horribly dirty. Everything smells like cigarettes. Worst of all, the beds are full of bugs that bite and drink blood. After all this hell, I went down, angry to ask for my money, it turns out they only speak Turkish. After 15 hours of driving I had to sleep in my car in the parking lot. Nightmare night"

"Otelin içi temiz sade güzeldi. Karşılama ve kahvaltı servisinde personeller çok ilgiliydi. Merkezde olması araç olmadan da çarşıya çıkabilme imkanı sağlıyor. Otopark imkanı yakındaki katlı otopark ile ayarlama yapılarak sağlanmış. Orada düzen biraz sıkışık o yüzden araç giriş çıkışı biraz zorlayıcı. Yolumuz tekrar bursa ya düşerse yine kalırız dediğimiz bir otel oldu. İlginiz için teşekkür ederiz."
