"This is a quaint, older property in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to SUU and the Shakespeare theaters. We stayed in the basement Beatrice room. It looks just like the pictures on the website. Beds were comfy and we didn’t hear any noise from upstairs until around 8 am as they were setting up for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious! Vegetable frittata, sausage, homemade yogurt and granola. "Clean rooms. Nice amenities. I like being able to drive up to the ground floor rooms on the back of the hotel. Very convenient not having to walk up and down stairs with luggage and work things. It's one of the main reasons I stay at the Ramada while working in Cedar City. And the location. "

"The hotel was a great place to land after a long day of hiking. The room was clean, and breakfast was good. The property was under renovation, so I’m sure they’re in the process of making the updates needed. It’s located within close proximity to a lot of shopping and restaurants (shout out to Tacos El Jefe). Additionally, the lady who checked us in was so friendly."

"No heat in the room! Awoke to a room temp. of 67 F . Asked for a different room but was told that unless I was staying for two nights then there were no rooms available for me ! They had experienced heat problems in the past but thought it was fixed. At breakfast everyone had to wear jackets Breakfast had zero non dairy options for food. Worst stay ever in a Hampton in over 25 years of being a Hilton Honors member . "
