"Persimmon room- brand new, upgraded, (we had stayed in it prior to renovation) ground floor, immaculate, large king bed was comfy, excellent water pressure in shower, thick, soft towels, perfect location, friendly, efficient staff, we love this Inn- have stayed six previous times and will return soon! Highly recommended. No frills- but everything you need for an excellent beach stay (towels, chairs, cooler, ice, bikes, they even have sunscreen! And FREE parking. Reserve your stay soon! "

"We were only there for an overnight stay, but it was wonderful! Perfect, comfortable room & amenities. Loved the location. Cute little neighborhood with shopping & restaurants all in walking distance. We ended our evening with a walk out on the pier. Hope to go back soon!!"

"Not what we expected when we first pulled up. The hotel has an older look to it but looks to be remodeled and updated. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful. They have two nice pools and a small beach area. The hotel grounds were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the sky bar and food there. There is a restaurant on the premises but we didn’t try it. I would definitely stay here again."

"We have been to Saint Pete Beach several times, but this is the first time we stayed at the hotel. It sure won’t be our last! Randy is an extra special host, helping us make the most of our stay! Located 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to restaurants, nightlife and shopping, it is in an excellent spot! We appreciated the wagons, towels, coolers and chairs for all our beach needs.
