"I chose Populus simple for location, the rate was in my budget, AND because the building looked interesting. WOW! I was blown away by every aspect of my experience there! The front desk clerk, the staff at the bar and restaurant, the baristas at the coffee bar...everyone was so nice, professional, and treated me like a queen. The food, cocktails and coffee were all delicious...i. didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. The exterior of the building is so unique, but the way it plays a part...

Close to everything downtown, especially arts and theater districts. They're just getting started so there were a few things that were still buggy, but well worth the stay, and I'd stay here again!"

The restaurant, a branch of Aspen’s Ajax Tavern, lives up to the name. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Only a couple of downsides. Some things are showing a few signs of wear inside the room such as the desk and the shower grout. The management is great so I am sure they will fix it.
